Can not make a call
From Infinity-Box

Problem description:
- phone can not make a call
- power-off during a call
- reboot during a call

In most cases it's a result of damaged hardware, but in some cases (f.e. for many Chinese Miracle models) it may be a result of damaged eeprom/ffs area.

How to check what is the problem reason:
-remove sim card from phone
-Power-On phone
-make 112/emergency call

if phone can not make 112/emergency call (power-off during call, can not make a call, "no network" or other similar message displayed at phone LCD) this means you must repair phone hardware RF part (f.e. replace Power Amplifier a.k.a PA)

if phone can make 112/emergency call but can not make other calls it may be result of software problem, f.e.:
- imei is invalid: need to repair imei
- calibration data is damaged: need to restore factory default values (f.e. via "format ffs" operation)

Masalah deskripsi:
- Ponsel tidak dapat melakukan panggilan
- Power-off selama panggilan
- Reboot selama panggilan

Pada kebanyakan kasus ini akibat dari kerusakan hardware, namun  beberapa kasus kita lihat misal,(fe bagi banyak Miracle model Cina) mungkin rusak akibat dari EEPROM /bagian ffs .

Cara untuk memeriksa apakah masalahnya, alasan:
menghapus-sim card dari telepon
Power-On-telepon
-coba dengan tekan112/emergency melakukan panggilan

jika telepon tidak dapat melakukan panggilan 112/emergency (power-off selama panggilan, , "tidak ada jaringan" atau pesan lain yang serupa ditampilkan di  LCD) ini berarti Anda harus memperbaiki  hardware RF bagian (fe mengganti alias Power Amplifier PA)

jika ponsel dapat melakukan panggilan 112/emergency tetapi tidak dapat memanggil dan lainnya mungkin akibat dari masalah software, fe:
- IMEI tidak valid: perlu perbaikan IMEI
- Kalibrasi data rusak: coba dengan mengembalikan ke pengaturan awal pabrik (fe melalui "format ffs" operasi)
