JAF Warranty Registration, important please read

As u know, JAF come with 6 moths warranty and support. In order to get this warranty and support you have to register your details. This registration is FREE.

In some case, it will be necessary the invoice of your purchase, so make sure you prepare this in the next 2-3 days when we start the procedure. In case you don't have the invoice any more, i will attach one form, you must sign it and send it with a copy of your id card confirming that the pkey u are using it is your propriety.

This registration is one time only and u can finish it within 2 minutes, it proves that you are the legitimate owner of your pkey. After the registration, a login and password will be generated which will be sent to you by SMS so your MOBILE NUMBER is REQUIRED !!! After this you can access download area immediately and benefit from the features below.

Also such users which are registered can benefit with immediate effect after the registration for pkey replacement in case their pkey is been affected by pshychopaths Zulea and Manole.

In case you got a message from us that your pkey is NOT ORIGINAL, than u have to solve this matter with YOUR RESELLER. Some resellers are victims of Manole because they trusted him, some of them are cooperators and knew very well what they was selling and cheated their customers by selling clone JAF as original and for ORIGINAL PRICE !!! Those cooperators are listed in the sticky thread "cheater reseller selling clone as original".

Without you will not more be able to:
- use sx4 authentication
- use download area
- use rpl calculation
- replace/swap a damaged pkey
- use JAF-S (the 4 free logs)

Without registration you are still able to update your pkey firmware, but also this will be changed.

This is ONLY FOR RASKAL Pkey for FREE, Thomas pkey have to pay 15 euro registration fee since than customers can also use the features mentioned. Only paypal accepted!
The reason why Thomas users must pay this registration FEE is very simple. My users first, every user i am adding more to my support cost me also money, money for server, money for supporters, for buying new phones. And this registration FEE is valid for 6 months is really not a big money, for this money your thomas pkey become raskal pkey. very simple. So don't think about this small amount, Thomas is simply NOT SUPPORTING his customers, this is a fact, sorry to say this.

This will be effective after 2-3 days, in same day the when start the registration procedure, the sx4 server, support server and download area will be shut down and not accessible any more from JAF software any more.

no u have not to care, in case you lost the invoice, you will download one form, you must fill the form with your details, send copy of id card and fax or mail it to me, this is all. Very simple.

Tapi salah sendiri juga. Ngapain dia buat program unlock bb5 sekalian memampuskan Pkeynya.
Apa ini salah satu dari cara bisnis dia juga? Contohnya aku salah satu korbannya.

 Registration procedure started, how do i register?
Dear Customers,

the registration procedure starts today. As i promised, it is quite simple, have a look at the screen shot below.

You must have your pkey connected to your PC when you want to register!

As you can see required information is:

- username (you can choose any you like)

- country (the country in which your are using your jaf)

- valid email adress (make sure it is the right email adress)

- valid mobile phone number (if the phone nr is not working, u can not recieve the account details, so make sure the number is valid)

- JAF serial number (the pkey must be inserted, the registration software read the serial number out of your pkey)

- name of reseller (this is very important to us, please do not write wrong information or jokes or "no reseller" otherwise the account will be closed and you have to provide a prove that the jaf box you have on hand is yours.

- date of purchase

You could find errors like:

- winscard.dll error
in this case you must search the file winscard.dll on your pc, pack it with zip or rar and attach it to your post in f***m.


- problems with reading pkey serial
those problems will be solved by downloading always latest version of Odeon_customer_care software.

- problems to login (wrong user name and password)
we still must figure out wherefrom this errors are coming, we have til now just 2-3 customers facing this problem

- ip problems (using account from a different machine)
at the moment we are trying to solve this problem

JAF Customer Care 0.73 released

- fixed email registration bug
- improoved communication with pkey
- winscard.dll partially fixed (please post feedback about this)
- winscard.dll error message changed (this is not final fixed, to be continued tomorow with a newer version)
